We have not found many resources yet on the web for retired ministers, but this new site holds promise, depending on how it is developed and with whom it partners:
- Ex Ministers – This site proposes to find work for ex-clergy who, for whatever reason, are no longer working within their former profession. Site developers claim they are not anti-religion, nor are they aligned with any particular faith tradition. Their site includes the statement that when secular and religious collide, society pays a price which is rarely considered, and ex-ministers can be of use in this area. They propose that these ex-ministers are most likely to succeed in arbitrating disputes between clergy, because they are possibly at arms distance, and have years of training in ministry.
